Rare Charles Limbert Yellowstone Park spindle chair, Stickley era.

A very rare Charles Limbert spindle chair produced exclusively for the Yellowstone National Park around 1906. A unique Prairie School design influenced chair featuring spindles that run from the lower rear stretcher that pierce the top of the crest rail with square through tenons. The chair is in very good condition though it's seat material has been replaced at some time and has been refinished decades ago. Signed with the firms brand on the inside of the seat rail and on the back of the lower rear stretcher with the rare brass tag which was used on the custom Yellowstone chairs. Measures 18" wide x 17.5" deep at seat x 38" high.
